22. Police Services Board Budget
Regional Chair Emmerson advised that the Police Services Board budget will be presented at the Board’s meeting on January 21, 2015 at 1 p.m. and invited any Member who is interested to attend.
23. Draft Budgets
Regional Chair Emmerson requested that the Committee Chairs and Vice Chairs meet with their Commissioners to review the draft Budgets prior to their consideration in February 2015.
24. Housing York Inc. Membership
Regional Chair Emmerson thanked Mayor Dawe and Mayor Hackson for submitting their names to sit on the Housing York Inc. Board of Directors and asked any other Member who is interested to submit their name by the end of this week, for consideration by Council.
25. Council Education Session – January 28-30, 2015
Regional Chair Emmerson reminded Members of Committee of the Whole about the Council Education Session scheduled on January 28-30, 2015 and requested everyone’s attendance.
26. Review and Questions regarding Staff Reports
Regional Chair Emmerson reminded Members to please call the Commissioner or the staff member referred to at the bottom of staff reports if they have any questions prior to Council and Committee meetings.
