Celebrating Paramedic Services Week
Paramedic Services Week takes place from Sunday, May 19 to Saturday, May 25 and serves as a reminder of the important role paramedics play in supporting the health and well-being of York Region residents.
As part of this year’s celebrations, York Region Paramedic Services invites residents to attend and learn more about our health care heroes.
On Wednesday, May 22, 2024, join us for an Open House at Paramedic Response Station 25, located at 5600 14th Avenue in Markham. The event runs from 4 to 7 p.m. and includes ambulance and station tours, interactive activities, equipment displays, refreshments and more!
York Region’s annual Family Fun Day Celebrating Public Works Week is on Saturday, May 25 at 80 and 90 Bales Drive in the Town of East Gwillimbury. The event runs from 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. and offers a variety of activities for guests of all ages to enjoy!
