Morton Avenue Sewer and Maintenance Holes Rehabilitation

The Regional Municipality of York is rehabilitating a section of the sewer, chambers and related maintenance holes along Morton Avenue between The Queensway South and Woodbine Avenue in the community of Keswick. All rehabilitation work is happening inside the sewer, chambers and related maintenance holes. The rehabilitation work is needed to extend the service life of the sewer.

Duration: Spring 2024 to fall 2025

Impacts

• There is no impact to water or wastewater services; access to all homes and business will be maintained
• There will be additional trucks and vehicles in the area; every effort to minimize any disruption will be made
• Some work may be rescheduled due to weather or other conditions
