Information in this application is collected under the authority of the Housing Services Act, 2011, as amended or replaced, as applicable, and the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended or replaced, as applicable, and in accordance with Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990 and will be used to determine the housing provider’s eligibility for capital repair funding under the program. Completing the Application
A separate application form must be completed for each project (with supporting documents).
Application deadline: February 28, 2025 by 4:30 p.m. Late submissions or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Funding is subject to budget approval by Regional Council.
