York Region Seniors Dental Clinics by appointment only
York Region Public Health is working with the Ministry of Health to provide services for the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP) to eligible Ontario residents. Seniors Dental clinics operate out of five locations in York Region and are available by appointment to clients currently enrolled in the program.

Once enrolled in the program, please call York Region Health Connection at 1-800-361-5653 to have your name added to the Seniors Dental Clinic waitlist.
Seniors enrolled in the program and who have had their name added to the waitlist will be called by Public Health to schedule an appointment when it is their turn; thank you for your patience.

Eligibility
You can apply for the OSDCP if you:
- are 65 years of age or older
- are a resident of Ontario
- meet the income requirements:
- an annual net income of $25,000 or less for a single senior
- a combined annual net income of $41,500 or less for a couple
- have no other form of dental benefits, including private insurance or dental coverage under another government program such as Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program or Non-Insured Health Benefits

The OSDCP covers services such as:
- Oral hygiene instruction (brushing, flossing, denture care)
- Nutrition counselling related to oral health
- Fluoride varnish application
- Examinations
- Preventive services
- Restorative services (e.g., fillings) to repair broken teeth and cavities
- Radiographs or x-rays
