Front counter customer services are available by walk-in only.
The following services are available:
- Traffic ticket and fine payments
- Submitting a request for a trial to be scheduled
- Filing re-opening and time extension applications
- Obtaining appeal information
- Submitting requests for disclosure
- Serving appeals, motions involving appeals, factums, transcripts, and books of authority for Part I POA and Part III POA municipal offences with the Regional Prosecutor
- General inquiries

Virtual First Appearance appointments can be booked online by selecting the Book a First Appearance Button below. Once the booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing appointment details and Zoom call in information that can be used when preparing the summons. Instructions on how to reschedule or cancel an appointment is also included in the e-mail.
You may file your documents in person by booking an appointment at york.ca/courts or by emailing an electronic copy to @email
