Notice of Construction - Groundwater Monitoring Well

The Regional Municipality of York is installing a new groundwater monitoring well on Forsyth Farm Drive and 10th Line, in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. Groundwater monitoring wells support York Region’s water system and ensure groundwater resources are protected, healthy and sustainable.

Duration: June to July 2024

Impacts

• Access to all homes and buildings will be maintained; there are no planned impacts on water or wastewater services
• Due to the nature of the work, there will be some construction-related noise from the equipment and trucks, every effort to minimize it will be made
