Markham Reservoir Rehabilitation

Description

• York Region is upgrading Markham PD5 Reservoir located at 10615 McCowan Road in the City of Markham
• Work includes upgrading the reservoir cells, building a new access house, septic system and valve house

Duration

• November 2024 to summer 2026

Impacts

• There is no impact to your water or wastewater services
• The McCowan Cricket Ground, located at 10615 McCowan Road is closed; contact City of Markham, Recreation Services for information about other cricket pitch locations.
• There will be increased construction-related traffic in the area, every effort to minimize this will be made 

As with all construction projects, some work may be re-scheduled due to weather or other conditions.
