The York Farm Fresh Guide Map now features 39 farms and eight farmers' markets. It is your ultimate resource to find a farm near you, discover the delightful flavours York Region has to offer and connect with our passionate local farmers. From farm-fresh produce to handcrafted artisanal products, this guide map showcases the very best of our local farms.

You can access the guide map online, through our mobile app, available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and at local farms and farmers' markets. The app is also available in seven languages.

As part of the York Farm Fresh experience, the Passport to Fresh contest has returned! Visit as many farms on the map as possible and collect virtual stamps by capturing photos at the farms or highlighting your purchases. Each visit brings you closer to winning exciting prizes while discovering new farms, supporting local businesses and celebrating the joy of local food.
