It was moved by Mayor Van Bynen that the Board confirm the Minutes of the May 8, 2014 meeting of the Board of Directors of York Region Rapid Transit Corporation, which was Carried.

The Board resolved in private session from 1:02 p.m. to 1:40 p.m.
There being no further business, the Board adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
