The information is used by the Regional Municipality of York to update the current address of each defendant awaiting trial dates, with the purpose of sending the Notice of Trial through Canada Post, via regular mail to the defendant’s most up-to-date address.Your address on file with the courts does not change when you update your driver’s licence address with the Ministry of Transportation. Please list all ticket numbers and submit to the court noted on your ticket or trial notice. Once Change of Address Form is processed by the court, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you indicate below.
