York Region can provide additional financial support to child care operators enrolled in the Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care program (CWELCC) who are experiencing financial hardship as a result of non-discretionary cost pressures and not being able to raise fees. Only child care operators with base fees that are not meeting the current operational expenses will be considered. By submitting this request there is no guarantee that additional funding will be provided.
