Richmond Hill Hub
The new award winning Richmond Hill Community Hub combines affordable housing with commercial offices and youth services, and is home to families and seniors. The first of its kind in York Region, the Hub includes a drop-in centre, indoor and courtyard recreational spaces, counselling rooms, and emergency and transitional bedrooms for youth. The building is located and is the centre of Richmond Hill and is close to several neighbourhood amenities.

The Richmond Hill Community Hub has 202 apartments for families and seniors, including:
- 182 one-bedroom apartments, each approximately 590 square feet
- Eight one-bedroom units are modified/accessible
- Twenty two-bedroom apartments, each approximately 800 square feet
- Eight two-bedroom units are modified/accessible
- Roof top patio and garden
