Overnight work - Tuclor Lane Sewer Upgrade and Rehabilitation
The Regional Municipality of York is upgrading and rehabilitating sections of the Tuclor Lane sewer and maintenance holes, between Highway 7 and Tuclor Lane, through the Rouge Valley Park, in the City of Markham. Crews will be working overnight, installing the liner to extend the service life of the sewer.
Duration: June to August 2024
Impacts
- Access to all homes will be maintained; there will be no planned impact on water or wastewater services
- Overnight and weekend work will be required to support pipe sewer lining
- Residents may notice additional lighting, noise and staff on-site; every effort to minimize impacts will be made
As with all construction projects, work may be rescheduled due to weather. York Region will provide advance notice where possible.
