B. Statutory Public Meeting - Proposed York Region Development Charges Bylaw
Pursuant to the Development Charges Act, 1997, York Region Council will hold a public meeting to receive additional input on a proposed Region- wide bylaw for imposing development charges against all lands in York Region (with the exception of wastewater charges in the Village of Nobleton, Township of King).
This public meeting is the second public meeting in relation to the 2017 Development Charges Background Study and Bylaw (the first was held on March 9, 2017).
