Report Drug Poisoning or Overdose

If you or someone you know had a bad reaction to street drugs, including an overdose or drug poisoning, you can make an anonymous report to York Region Public Health and potentially help save someone’s life.

You can make one report at a time to tell others about:

  • An overdose caused by street drugs, including opioids such as fentanyl, morphine etc.
  • An unexpected or bad reaction to drugs

You do not have to answer all the questions, but please include as much detail as you can. Public Health may use the information to inform the public about risks or trends in the community.

Please DO NOT include names, addresses or other identifying information in any of the comments.

This page is checked regularly for new reports, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., excluding weekends and holidays. This is not an emergency service. Contact 911 for immediate medical help.
