Track the Status of Development Applications

York Region has launched a new tool called the Development Application Status and Teams Dashboard. The dashboard allows users to check the Regional status of active development applications across York Region and identify key Regional contacts.  It features an interactive map to filter applications based on date received, Municipality and/or application type.

The dashboard is based on Application Submissions received and entered into York Region’s Development Tracking System (YorkTrax) providing our various development partners with an update on Regional review progress.

Track Development Application Status

To access the spatial data in this dashboard, please visit York Region's Open Data Portal and search "Active Development Application Boundaries" or "Development Services Teams".

The best way to view this is on a Desktop Computer or Laptop.
