Dive into the Virtual York Children’s Water Festival

York Region presents the 2023 Virtual York Children’s Water Festival, a set of educational resources to help students understand the importance of a clean and plentiful water supply, to respect a healthy environment, and to use natural resources wisely in their own school, home and community. 

These educational resources are suited for all elementary grade levels. They can be accessed year-round at school, child care, and home. You’ll find interactive activities, videos, games, and experiments designed to teach students all about water in engaging ways.
