On November 11, flags at all York Region buildings and facilities will be lowered to half-mast to honour and remember both serving and Veteran members of the military. Out of abundance of caution with COVID-19, York Region will not hold a public Remembrance Day Service.
Please remember to observe two minutes of silence at 11 a.m. to honour those who fought for our freedom.
