B.1 Bylaw No. 2015-60
To authorize the borrowing upon additional sinking fund debentures in the principal amount of $144,000,000.00 ($50,000,000.00 of which amount may be raised by the issue of refinancing sinking fund debentures on or before the maturity date) for capital works of The Regional Municipality of York
(Re-opening of the 2.60% $150,000,000.00 sinking fund debentures due December 15, 2025 issued on June 15, 2015)
B.2 Bylaw No. 2015-61
To authorize the borrowing upon additional sinking fund debentures in the principal amount of $6,000,000.00 for a capital work of The Corporation of the Township of King
(Re-opening of the 2.60% $150,000,000.00 sinking fund debentures due December 15, 2025 issued on June 15, 2015)
B.3 Bylaw No. 2015-62
To provide for the borrowing of the aggregate of the principal amounts authorized by Bylaws numbered 2015-60 and 2015-61 and for the issuing of one series of additional sinking fund debentures therefore in the aggregate principal amount of $150,000,000.00 ($50,000,000.00 of which amount may be raised by the issue of refinancing sinking fund debentures on or before the maturity date)
