Terms of Reference for an Individual Environmental Assessment Study
Teston Road in the City of Vaughan between Keele Street and Bathurst Street
The Regional Municipality of York is planning to enhance east-west connectivity to Highway 400 in the City of Vaughan to accommodate the current and future transportation needs of pedestrians, cyclists, transit users and motorists. An option under consideration is a proposed Teston Road link between Keele Street and Bathurst Street.
As part of the planning process, the Terms of Reference were submitted to the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change for review as required under the Environmental Assessment Act. If approved, the Terms of Reference will provide a framework for the preparation and review of the future Individual Environmental Assessment.
You are invited to review the proposed Terms of Reference as part of a 30-calendar day public review period, beginning June 7, 2018. The Terms of Reference can be downloaded from the Teston Road IEA Project page and copies have been made available at the following locations during regular business hours:
