21. York Region Broadband Strategy Advisory Task Force and York Region Seniors Strategy Advisory Task Force
Regional Chair Emmerson asked that any Member of Council interested in joining the York Region Broadband Strategy Advisory Task Force or the York Region Seniors Strategy Advisory Task Force to please forward their name to him for consideration by the middle of next week. Appointments to the two Task Forces will be announced at the Regional Council meeting on June 25, 2015.
22. Coordinated Transit Planning in the City of Toronto
Daniel Kostopoulos, Commissioner of Transportation Services provided an update to Committee regarding coordinated transit planning in the City of Toronto, including an overview of major transportation studies and ongoing public consultation across the GTHA.
Private Session
Committee of the Whole resolved into private session at 2:10 p.m. to consider the following:

2. Private Attachment to Item D.2.6 - Software License and Hardware Maintenance and Support Agreement Extensions - Security of Regional Property
Committee of the Whole resumed in public session at 2:30 p.m. and reported the following:

Committee of the Whole’s recommendation will be forwarded for consideration at Council’s private session on June 25, 2015.
