Our Adult Day Programs are accepting new clients!
York Region’s Adult Day Programs (ADPs) provide seniors and adults living with Alzheimer's, dementia and other disabilities increased social interaction, cognitive stimulation, peer support and companionship. The ADPs offer enriching daily activities, nutritious meals and snacks, and an engaging social community for adults. They also provide support and relief to caregivers and welcome people with different needs and chronic conditions.
The ADPs at the Keswick site are currently accepting new clients. If you know someone who is eligible and would benefit from these programs, please contact Ontario Health atHome at 1-888-470-2222 for a referral.
