Check Status of Tickets, Your Next Court Date and Fine Information
The Richmond Hill Court location is closed. All provincial offences matters including those under the Highway Traffic Act and municipal bylaws will be heard at 17150 Yonge Street in the Town of Newmarket.
You can check the status of your Provincial Offences Act tickets, such as a traffic ticket, and fines conveniently online.
You can find the following information about your ticket or summons:
- How much do you owe
- How to pay your ticket
- Where and when a trial is scheduled
Note: While you can check the date and location of a scheduled trial, you cannot schedule a trial online. Please follow the instructions under Option 3 on the second page or reverse side of your ticket to request a trial. Please see Tickets and Summons for more information on how to request a trial.
Check Status of Tickets and Fines
If you have received an offence notice (also called a ticket), you will need the location code and offence number, to find the information.
If you have received a summons (an order to appear in front of a Justice of the Peace), please call or email the court office for the summons number.
If you do not have this information, or you have lost your ticket, please contact one of our court offices.
