Maintenance Requests
We provide the following for maintenance and repair requests:
- Maintenance repair forms and drop-off boxes in every building
- Staff contact information posted on the notice board in your building
- "While you were out" notices to confirm your request has been completed
- Service reply cards to submit your feedback
- Maintenance and repair service standards

Housing York Offices
HYI offices are open to the public, however, visits are strictly by appointment only. Please schedule an appointment in advance to ensure a team member is available to assist you.
